How do I order?
The ordering process is simple with the whole process taking only a few mninutes:
- Purchase your chosen number plate using our Number Plate Shop
- Send us your ID and entitlement documents
- Wait for your number plates to arrive at your doorstep!

I live local can I collect my order?
As an online company we do not have a physical shop where orders can be collected. In special circumstances we can accommodate a collection in person from our office just outside Newry. This needs to be arranged in advance and may not always be convienient. Please use our contact form to ask us about the possibility of this.
How long will it take to get my number plates?
After you have provided your ID and entitlement documents, your order will be added to our manufacturing queue. Typically it takes 24 hours from being added to this queue before your number plate is made and dispatched using your chosen shipping method. During busy times this can be slightly longer but we will keep you informed of this during the build process.
Can I cancel my order?
We except order cancellations at any point up until we receive your ID and entitlement documentation. Once this is received your order is locked into our system placed in our manufacturing queue and cannot be refunded. The reason for this is that as each number plate is bespoke to the customer you will appreciate that we cannot sell the number plate onto another customer.
What is your Shipping Policy?
To accommodate everyone we offer various shipping options at checkout. The prices are displayed based on the products selected and the speed of shipping required. When ordering please bear in mind we need at least a 24 hour manufacturing time on your order once we have received your documentation before your order will be shipped.Can I specify a different shipping address?
Absolutely, the checkout process specifically gives you the option of delivery to a different address other than the billing address. It is important that you check the shipping address when you receive your order confirmation email, as this is the address that we will ship to unless you spot a mistake and let us know before we receive your documenation. Once your documentation is received and confirmed the Shipping Address is locked in our system and cannot be changed. We will not be liable for items delievered to the wrong address because it has been entered incorrectly during the checkout process.Are your number plates legal?
Yes our number plates are 100% Road Legal and MOT friendly. The DVLA website states that "Characters on a number plate can be 3D" (this covers 4D number plates as well as they are technically classed as 3D)
We will only produce fully road legal number plates with the correct spacing and size of lettering. We will not fulfill requests for show plates.
In order to comply with the law our number plates will also display the BSAU145d mark located bottom right-hand side and our Company Name and Post Code located bottom center of each number plate. This is not for advertising purposes but is for traceability should the authorities ever want to contact us to ask for information about the number plate. Do not ask us to produce a number plate without this text as we would be breaking the law by doing so.
What Warranty comes with your products?
All of our plates come with a 12 month warranty. This covers:
- "Tunnelling" where water can get between the reflective part of the number plate and the acrylic.
- De-lamination of the letters.
Our Warranty excludes the following:
- Damage caused by drilling the number plate
- Letters damaged by drilling through them - NEVER drill through number plate letters
- Damage caused by incorrectly or badly mounted number plates
- Accident damage causing by any impact to the number plate
